Benefit of Open Standards
If your office is like most companies, you probably uses Microsoft Windows based computers. We support your Windows computers but we do not stop there. You probably know someone that owns Mac. Could they use software that scanning companies provide? In some cases the answer may be that Macintosh is supported, if not with full functionality, at least with limited set to access the documents to email them to someone with Windows. More likely than not you will however hear, that you must have Windows installed.
Will you be using Windows in 10 or 20 years?

The Portable Document Format
All our documents are stored in standard portable format. This standard is very important as it is well supported. If you tried lately to open document written in Word 95 in your latest office you know how important it is that you can open your documents. Microsoft does not even support it's own format just about 12 years after they made it public. Your documents are important to us and we provide standard way of accessing them.
